Head of College (£83,341 - £91,697 per annum, Leadership Group L30 – L34)

Location: Across all Colleges Hours: Full time

We are looking for an inspirational Head of College, committed to the highest achievement for all, to ensure success for our students.  This is an exciting opportunity at a time when the College and its partners are expanding.

You will be responsible for Strategic leadership and management, optimisation of the contribution of all staff to ensure excellent quality of education and learning to improve outcomes and promote wellbeing.

You will also be responsible for Planning, managing and monitoring the curriculum within the agreed budget, setting appropriate priorities for expenditure, allocating funds and ensuring effective administration and control.

Family Support Assistant (£18,030 - £21,809 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance (FTE £20,667 – £24,999 per annum))

Location: Quadrant House, Sutton, SM2 5AS Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Term Time plus 2 weeks

We are currently seeking a Family Support Assistant to join our dynamic and committed staff team. You will be responsible for family liaison, which will include initial contact with students, parents and carers and will be maintained throughout their time at College/Academy School through to their identified progression route.

You will be based at our offices at Quadrant House in Sutton, however may often be required to work across other locations where required.

Learning Support Assistant (FTE: £19,755 - £20,472 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, Actual Salary: £16,413 - £17,009)

Location: Beaconsfield, New Malden Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only

FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR 1 YEAR

Beaconsfield are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to provide support to the lecturing staff in providing educational activities for adults with special needs.

Senior Human Resources Adviser (Scale PO2, pro-rata £20,960 - £22,666 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance; (FTE: £33,282 - £35,991 per annum))

Location: Uxbridge, Hillingdon & Slough Area Hours: Part Time, 25 hours per week, Term Time plus 3 weeks (39 weeks per year)

Our students are at the heart of what we do, and this is reflected in the way the HR team works. The HR team is based in Sutton but this post will be based in Uxbridge, Hillingdon and Slough Area in order to support this hubs client group.  There is an expectation that you will travel across the Trust as required.
