36 hours per week Monday to Friday - Term Time Only plus INSET days

Loughborough Junction, London, SW9 with regular travel to our other locations

£21,294 - £25,044 per annum including London Weighting Allowance (FTE £25,242 per annum - £29,517 per annum)

Orchard Hill College is a non-residential National Specialist College for adults with learning difficulties and disabilities. You will be required to actively support our students who are looking for work to access work placements and progress into paid employment, providing them with job search skills, support within work placements and in the classroom in order to facilitate their achievement of identified goals. You will demonstrate innovative approaches to employer engagement through marketing and promotion in order to identify and secure potential opportunities, and co-ordinate with other Job Coaches to ensure that each student is provided with the appropriate levels of support.

You must have experience of working effectively with students with barriers to learning as well as establishing networks and developing, managing and delivering projects with various stakeholders and delivering programmes of activities with young people both individually and in groups which enables them to pursue their learning to enhance their future development. You must also be able to analyse data and produce concise reports, be self-motivated to manage your own workload and meet strict deadlines with minimum supervision.
