Two students from our Vocational Progression Centre (VPC) in Carshalton have successfully secured work placements at a British Heart Foundation store.

Jerry and Ike work one day a week at the shop, providing them with opportunities to interact and communicate with customers and other volunteers as part of their community, and so far they're really enjoying their work. Our Lecturer, Phamini, says "both students are doing remarkably well. The work is giving them an opportunity to access the wider community, and it allows us to see what progress they have made during their time at College.”
