Over at Carew Academy, the year 10 Duke of Edinburgh group has been hard at work volunteering in the churchyard next to school. On a slightly wet morning, the pupils planted a range of flowers ready for the spring.

Despite the rain they enjoyed the chance to put their allotment skills into practice and can now look at their work on the way to school each morning.
