One of our students at Lomond House in Camberwell has showed what she’s made of by overcoming initial anxieties to develop her skills and further access her community.
Tallulah joined Orchard Hill College in September and, as many young people do, she found the transition process difficult to cope with. Initially wanting to isolate herself from group activities and engaging with her peers, Tallulah has now turned her college life around. She is attending college full time, gaining confidence, developing communication and choice-making skills, working with others and happily attending different community venues.
Tallulah has come so far in such a short period of time, we can only imagine what she’ll achieve in 3 years with us!
