Students from Farrah room at Beaconsfield cooked up a storm in their cooking enterprise.
Working on communication skills, students made choices about what ingredients they would use in their delicious brownies - increasing their independence and decision making skills. These work related skills can be transferred to the home to make effective choices in everyday home living tasks.
The group identified utensils to use, and selected the ingredients, helping each other and supporting their peers with great focus. The team worked together brilliantly to cook a batch of delicious chocolate brownies that they sold to staff and students at college - a fantastic enterprise scheme!
