Our Christmas celebrations were off to a fantastic start yesterday when students from Orchard Hill College, Bedelsford and Dysart dusted off their elf hats and took to the stage in Kingston Christmas Market for a festive performance!
Following a welcome from Geoff Austin, the Mayor of Kingston, and our CEO Dr Caroline Allen, our first act took to the stageā€¦
Orchard Hill College students from Beaconsfield in New Malden got the celebration off to a great start with Christmas carols and live music on the guitar from our Lecturer Rosy, which got us all truly in the festive spirit! This act was followed by a calming interpretive dance performed by students from VPC in Carshalton, led by Head of Centre, Mary.
We were delighted to be joined by pupils from OHCAT schools Bedelsford and Dysart. Bedelsford School were up first and every pupil chose an instrument to play while singing some Christmas tunes which the audience were keen to join in with! Last but not least were pupils from Dysart School, decked out with tinsel and Christmas hats, who closed the show with a fantastic sing-along.
