As part of our therapy program here at YPA we offer students the opportunity to take part in boxing sessions on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Sessions are offered on a group or 1:1 basis and the focus is on helping students to develop skills in self-confidence, discipline and resilience as well as promoting self-esteem.

Christopher said ‘ I like doing boxing because it makes me think about my actions before I do anything silly and it teaches me self-discipline’
