Students in Tower Bridge class have been celebrating Black History Month as part of their Wider World curriculum.

To mark the occasion they visited Brixton Market and explored different cultural heritages that have shaped and developed the community.

Part of the experience was to develop social interactions with peers and to build links within the wider community.

The class showed greater independence in the community through communication and personal expression.

An excellent day for all pupils and staff!
