Providing the right support for learners during and after the college is a key part of the transition programme we offer within the College. We are currently working in partnership with:
- Local FE and Adult colleges, including Carshalton and SCOLA
- Connexions services across SW London and Surrey
- Specialist employability programmes including Sutton Mencap Pathway
- Local supported living and housing organisations
- Adult care and social service teams across London and Surrey
- Sutton and Dean city Community Farm
- Peabody Trust( Environment link)
- Chelsea FC Foundation( promoting inclusion through sport)
