Healthy Living and Leisure

“I really enjoy keeping fit”

The College offers a range of courses that promote healthy living, keeping safe and making leisure choices in the home and community. Learners can take part in the following activities:

- Looking at leisure in the community
- Swimming
- Rebound therapy
- Indoor sports
- Cycling
- Healthy eating and lifestyles workshops
- Sport festivals

 

We work in partnership with a number of local leisure centres and sports clubs that provide opportunities for our learners to continue to develop healthy living skills in the community, outside of the college day.
